What are some important skills?

Negotiating and communication skills are very essential skills in my line of work. I also need to be tech-savvy which is familiarization with technology to streamline processes to convert leads faster. A strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to build relationships with clients.

What is your favourite part of your job?

Assisting clients in finding their dream homes or investment properties and working independently is the favorite part of my job

What are the main tools of the trade?

An Electronic Signature Software is a very important tool I use together with Social Media Management Software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software and Document Scanning Apps are very crucial tools necessary for the easy flow of my work

What training have you had?

I have a Diploma in Business Studies and registered with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

In 10 years I will be owning a Real Estate Agency
