What are some important skills?

I need to have good Client Relationship Management to be able to establish trust, demonstrate empathy, and effectively manage client expectations. I also need to have Adaptability and Flexibility, Project and Time Management skills so that I manage their workload effectively, set realistic timelines, and adapt to changing priorities and demands.

What is your favourite part of your job?

Associating with clients and having the opportunity to understand client needs, provide guidance, and offer solutions tailored to their specific requirements allows professionals to develop a deep understanding of different industries, businesses, and challenges.

What are the main tools of the trade?

Project Management Tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools and Financial and Accounting Software are some of the main tools used by professional services to support their operations and deliver high-quality services

What training have you had?

I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management and trained through attending conferences, seminars, webinars, and workshops, as well as participating in online courses

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I plan to be here still although the industry is changing so fast our tools will probably have changed. I think this is really exciting and I am keen to see how it changes in the next 10 years.
