I live in a suburb close to the hospital were i work.

What are some important skills?

To provide professional and quality patient care my skills should encompass medical knowledge, diagnostic abilities, treatment planning, medication administration, surgical techniques, patient assessment, and monitoring. Also should have effective strong verbal and written communication skills to explain medical conditions, treatment option and also have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

What is your favourite part of your job?

I get satisfaction when I create meaningful change and improve health outcomes through direct patient care, research, public health initiatives, or advocacy.

What are the main tools of the trade?

We use Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) which provide evidence-based guidelines, clinical knowledge databases, and data analysis capabilities, Medical Devices and Equipment used for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and surgical interventions, Health Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools for help in population health management, risk stratification, resource planning, financial analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.

What training have you had?

I have a degree in Medicine

In 10 years I will be a specialist in bones.
