Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop strategies and roadmaps for the organization’s people analytics program.

Identify data sources, analytics tools, and create implementation plans.

Lead the implementation of people analytics initiatives.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.

Analyse employee data to identify trends and diagnose problems.

Develop insights that support effective decision-making.

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports.

Automate processes to track and present people analytics insights.

Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize talent management practices.

Present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making.

Work with stakeholders to identify and address people analytics needs.

Ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with organizational goals.

Provide training and guidance to staff on data accuracy.

Support partners in interpreting analytics insights.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics.

Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.

Facilitate access to data and tools through partnerships.

Implement automation solutions to streamline data collection and reporting processes.

Develop predictive analytics models to forecast workforce trends and outcomes.

Develop and implement performance management strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Ensure people analytics practices support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Promote diversity and inclusion through data-driven insights and initiatives.

Ensure people analytics practices support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Develop metrics and reports to measure the impact of diversity and inclusion efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

3-5 years of experience, with a proven track record in people analytics or a similar field.

A first degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field, or diploma in Human Resources Management

Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate

IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate

Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with HR data visualization tools.

Experience with talent management frameworks and methodologies.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience in building and refining predictive analytics models to forecast workforce trends.
