Job Description

A well-established estate agency in Harare is seeking a pleasant and professional Receptionist/ Bookkeeper to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations receiving clients, answering calls, and handling enquiries

Record rentals, payments, invoices, and receipts accurately

Maintain cashbooks, ledgers, and petty cash

Prepare monthly financial and management reports

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 O’ Levels, including English Language and Mathematics

A Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification (e.g., LCCI, HEXCO, or Pitman Level 3)

At least 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or front office work

Computer literate and proficient in Pastel, Excel, and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Highly organized, reliable, and presentable

Knowledge of property rentals or estate agency administration is an added advantage
