Procurement Intern x 2 Station: Harare Campus The successful candidates will report to the Procurement Clerk. |
Duties and Responsibilities |

-Source quotations from approved suppliers in line with procurement guidelines; -Assist in compiling and analysing comparative schedules for procurement evaluation; -Source quotations from approved suppliers in line with procurement guidelines; -Assist in compiling and analysing comparative schedules for procurement evaluation; -Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and filing systems; -Support in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation for audit purposes; -Assist in updating supplier databases; and -Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. |
Qualifications and Experience |

-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply, or a related field with a recognised institution of higher learning; -A minimum of five (5) Ordinary Level passes, including English Language and Mathematics; -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); -Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills; -Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail; -A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work well in a team; and -Committed and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. |
